This tour starts from €1,544 Tour descriptionCome to explore 2 countries, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro, with our off-season 8 days discovery tour from Dubrovnik. With this your we will see the most important attractions in Montenegro: old venetian town Kotor (historical center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site), famous Ostrog monastery, situated against an almost vertical background, and coastal town Budva. In Bosnia-Herzegovina, we will visit Trebinje, the center of the area with famous wines. In Trebinje we will have a dinner in local family running winery. Near by Trebinje we will see old orthodox monastery Tvrdos with own wine cellars where we will taste local wines. On the way to Mostar we will see another monastery, Zavala, partially located in cave, walk in natural cave Vjetrenica, and see Blagaj dervish monastery. In Mostar (historical center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site) we will walk narrow streets of historical center and see panorama of town from famous Old Bridge. In the area of Mostar, we will visit pilgrimage center Medjugorje, natural park Kravica with waterfalls, medieval town Pocitelj served as open-air museum, and real Roman Villa Rustica, established as agricultural estate in 4th century AD. The walled town of Pocitelj evolved in the period from the 16th to the 18th centuries. Architecturally, the stone-constructed parts of the town are a fortified complex, in which two stages of evolution are evident: medieval and Ottoman. Mogorjelo, Bosnia and HerzegovinaKnown for ancient settlement, archaeological site, nature Mogorjelo is site and location of a Roman villa rustica that dates from the early fourth century. The villa area is surrounded by a park. The site is protected by the state and is a National Monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Stolac, Bosnia and HerzegovinaKnown for ancient megalites, fortress, river, viewpoint, waterfall; fortress is a UNESCO Tentative List Site Stolac and surroundings have been inhabited since ancient times due to the area's favorable natural environment. The rich grounds along with other natural benefits attracted prehistoric man, and later the Illyrians, Romans and Slavs, all of whom left a wealth of anthropological evidence.
