Discover Bosnia-Herzegovina and taste wonderful Herzegovina wines with all seasons 2 days Bosnia tour from Korcula (pick up and drop off in Orebic). We will visit Vjetrenica cave (currently in UNESCO Tentative list), Zavala orthodox cave monastery, archaeological site Radimlja with carved gravestones (UNESCO World Heritage Site), admire dervish monastery in Blagaj, and spend rest of the day walking historical center of Mostar and Mostar old bridge (UNESCO World Heritage Site).

On the next day we will take a road to see Medjugorje pilgrimage center, walk in natural park with famous Kravica waterfalls, and visit old town Pocitelj to walk in small streets and enjoy panoramic view from the Ottoman fort. After we will enjoy local food with local wine and return back.

The tour will start and finish in Korčula (Croatia) and will take 2 days (1 night). During this tour you will visit Vjetrenica, Zavala, Radimlja, Blagaj, Mostar, Međugorje, Kravica, Počitelj located in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We will pick you up at any hotel or place, in or around Korčula. Drop off is the same as pick up, or upon request in another place.

Overall, with this tour you will visit 3 UNESCO World Heritage sites and 2 sites from the UNESCO Tentative List (sites that were submitted to the World Heritage Committee, and are awaiting to consider for nomination, and therefore suitable for inscription on the World Heritage List).

Vjetrenica (the wind cave) is the largest and most important cave in Bosnia-Herzegovina, is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and one of the most important caves in the Dinaric Alps mountain range, which is famous worldwide for its karstic and speleological richness. It is a real treasure in biodiversity. Also, it is the home to the famous olm (cave aquatic salamander) and houses beautiful cave formations as well.

Zavala, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Known for orthodox monastery

An important and historical Serbian Orthodox monastery located in the village of Zavala, approximately 50 km from Trebinje (Republika Srpska). Along with Zitomislic (located near Mostar) and Tvrdos (near the city of Trebinje), Zavala is one of the most prominent monasteries in East Herzegovina.

Radimlja, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Known for archaeological site; archaeological site is a UNESCO World Heritage Site

Radimlja is a main UNESCO World Heritage Site where is possible to see so called Stecci, a monumental medieval tombstones. Radimlja necropolis located near town Stolac, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is one of the most valuable monuments of the medieval period in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Blagaj, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Blagaj is a village in the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton of Bosnia-Herzegovina, located in about 15 km from Mostar, and is one of the most valuable mixed urban and rural built environments in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Blagaj has eleven national monuments, and is famous for the spring of the Buna river coming from cave, historical Dervish monastery (tekija) built around 1520, and medieval fortress Blagaj Fort, town-fortress complex built on a 310 meters high karst hill. Blagaj is also known as a residential area of Bosnian rulers and royal families.

Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Mostar, beautiful and historical town, located only 60 km away from the Adriatic Sea, is the cultural, political and financial center of Bosnia-Herzegovina. Among the most fascinating natural features of this region are the sparkling waterfalls of Kravica, tucked away in the trees, on the Trebižat River, in the karstic heartland of Herzegovina in Bosnia and Herzegovina, about 40 km from Mostar. Počitelj (Pocitelj), Bosnia and Herzegovina

Known for fortified town, fortress, medieval old town, viewpoint; medieval old town is a UNESCO Tentative List Site

Počitelj is a small Ottoman-Mediterranean settlement, built along the Neretva river, conveniently located on the major road between Dubrovnik and Mostar. The walled town of Počitelj evolved in the period from the 16th to the 18th centuries. Architecturally, the stone-constructed parts of the town are a fortified complex, in which two stages of evolution are evident: medieval and Ottoman.
