During this tour we going to see orthodox monastery Tvrdos with own wine cellars where we will taste local wines, explore the natural cave Vjetrenica (UNESCO Tentative List site), see orthodox monastery Zavala partially located in cave, and finish the fist day walking in historical center of town Mostar (UNESCO World Heritage site) and cross the famous Mostar bridge. The second day we will start with visiting historical town Blagaj with dervish monastery (tekija) built around 1520, after we will walk in historic medieval town Pocitelj, served as open-air museum, with narrow streets and old Ottoman fort with great view, see a real Roman villa Rustica, established as agricultural estate in 4th century AD, and finish this day to walk in pilgrimage center Medjugorje. On the next day we will see archaeological site Radimlja with carved gravestones (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Stolac hilly fortress with breathtaking view on the valley, and after will return back to Trebinje. The tour will start and finish in Trebinje (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and will take 3 days (2 nights). During this tour you will visit Tvrdoš, Vjetrenica, Zavala, Mostar, Blagaj, Počitelj, Mogorjelo, Međugorje, Radimlja, Stolac located in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Vjetrenica, Bosnia and HerzegovinaKnown for cave; cave is a UNESCO World Heritage Site Vjetrenica (the wind cave) is the largest and most important cave in Bosnia-Herzegovina, is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and one of the most important caves in the Dinaric Alps mountain range, which is famous worldwide for its karstic and speleological richness. Along with Zitomislic (located near Mostar) and Tvrdos (near the city of Trebinje), Zavala is one of the most prominent monasteries in East Herzegovina. The Old Bridge, built by the Ottomans in the 16th century, is one of Bosnia-Herzegovina's most recognizable landmarks, and is considered one of the most exemplary pieces of Islamic architecture in the Balkans. Blagaj, Bosnia and HerzegovinaKnown for architecture, bridge, cave, fortress, landmark, museum, river, viewpoint, islam monastery; monastery is a UNESCO Tentative List Site Blagaj is a village in the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton of Bosnia-Herzegovina, located in about 15 km from Mostar, and is one of the most valuable mixed urban and rural built environments in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Blagaj has eleven national monuments, and is famous for the spring of the Buna river coming from cave, historical Dervish monastery (tekija) built around 1520, and medieval fortress Blagaj Fort, town-fortress complex built on a 310 meters high karst hill. Blagaj is also known as a residential area of Bosnian rulers and royal families. Počitelj (Pocitelj), Bosnia and HerzegovinaKnown for fortified town, fortress, medieval old town, viewpoint; medieval old town is a UNESCO Tentative List Site Počitelj is a small Ottoman-Mediterranean settlement, built along the Neretva river, conveniently located on the major road between Dubrovnik and Mostar. The walled town of Počitelj evolved in the period from the 16th to the 18th centuries. Architecturally, the stone-constructed parts of the town are a fortified complex, in which two stages of evolution are evident: medieval and Ottoman. Mogorjelo, Bosnia and HerzegovinaKnown for ancient settlement, archaeological site, nature Mogorjelo is site and location of a Roman villa rustica that dates from the early fourth century. The villa area is surrounded by a park. The site is protected by the state and is a National Monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Stolac, Bosnia and HerzegovinaKnown for ancient megalites, fortress, river, viewpoint, waterfall; fortress is a UNESCO Tentative List Site Stolac and surroundings have been inhabited since ancient times due to the area's favorable natural environment. The rich grounds along with other natural benefits attracted prehistoric man, and later the Illyrians, Romans and Slavs, all of whom left a wealth of anthropological evidence.
